They were very helpful and substituted the bread for gluten free bread on the Italian sub. The menu doesn't specifically state gluten free, but it seems like they have enough gluten free breads to make most sandwiches gluten free and there is a huge variety of sandwiches on the menu. They also informed me about potential cross contamination issues so I was able to get the sandwich in grilled and the green peppers were omitted. It tasted great!

Very good at keeping cross contamination at a minimum. Let them know it is an “allergy” and they will prep your food in a different space. Different breads and buns are available.
