Unfortunately, my bowl tested positive for gluten on my Nima. They were kind and promised to be very careful in the kitchen. This place is not safe for those with Celiac.

So nice to find a place that can accommodate my wife’s allergies, gluten, dairy, and soy. The staff was great and offered recommendations that helped her decide from the several options offered. They didn’t hesitate when we asked to double check ingredients. The bison burger and baked sweet potato fries were tasty indeed. She passed on the many gf, vegan, and vegetarian desert items.

Quite a few GF options. We ordered takeout during COVID; my bison burger was delicious and I did not get sick. We also got wrap sandwiches that the counter person insisted were GF but they looked iffy (pre-made, no labeling, just looked gluteny) so I skipped trying those. We were with the vegan and non-dairy options. If you need to accommodate multiple allergies/sensitivities, this place seems like a good option. (Better than most, but not 100% Celiac friendly yet.)
