Wonderful lunch spot. Staff was very knowledgeable, inquired if Celiac or Intolerance, changed gloves, could make recommendations on current menu offerings. Salad was fresh, beautiful, and yummy. I didn't experience any cross-contamination Celiac symptoms, to which I am very sensitive.
