Had a scheduled lunch here that I was required to attend so I reach out via the website, their listed email and IG to ask about GF options. I never received a response so I called and was left on hold twice. When I showed up and quietly asked the server about salads and dressing ingredients who said he didnt know. I followed up and requested he speak to the kitchen. He never did and plopped the salad I hoped would work down in front of me.
I will not be returning as no one at this restaurant cares about food allergies.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
Terrible choice for Gluten Free. Salad or dry meat platters were my only option. They don’t even offer a bbq sauce that is gluten free. The waitress didn’t understand what had gluten in the ingredients and even left off my ranch dressing without discussing with me because she felt it may have gluten. I ordered a Power House Salad and it didn’t arrive until the other members of my party were almost finished with their ribs and chicken plates. Come on New York. Can’t you at least have one tasty option on your menu without having the remove all flavor from a dish???

Great Experience!! Our Server -Adrian was Awesome about making sure my food was not cross-contaminated. Didn’t realize my steak came with fried onions. He had them make me a whole new plate.
Told server I had celiac disase and needed gluten free. I ordered rotisserie chicken and dry ribs and baked potato. Food comes out with corn bread on top of my ribs and no pressure packaged sour cream because"gluten free"
This was a disappointing experience. I said the words "Gluten Free" to a waitress and I received back that deer in the headlights look. She had no clue what I was talking about.
Manager was friendly and he went to the kitchen and took pictures of the ingredients used in their BBQ sauce for ribs. This was helpful as I was able to order the ribs. But I'm giving Dallas BBQ a single star because this weekend manager is not always there.
They do not have a list or menu of gluten free items and the wait staff has no idea. Poor performance.

They have Rotisseried Chicken with Sea Salt & Poached Salmon. When I called they said there were other options too.
