The wait staff was very knowledgeable on what items were gluten free. A good amount of choices including gluten free soy sauce. Would recommend to anyone with a gluten allergy.

This is, by far, one of our favorite places. We order at least once a week and the food is delicious. I don’t eat sushi, but their sushi is safe and prepared separately. I usually get the GF chicken teriyaki or the GF hibachi. The ginger dressing and soups are not gluten free. The veteran staff knows this, but the new staff may offer you a soup or salad. If you’re extra cautious, speak with the manager first, but we eat there all the time without issue - incredibly delicious!

They make gf sushi on a separate surface! Safe for cc. They have a bunch or rolls that are raw with gf ingredients. A little tricker to get cooked gf rolls, but my hubby managed. Our waitress had a hard time explaining what was safe (mostly because of a language barrier) so she got the manager who helped us order. They said many of the entrees were also safe but we were in the mood for rolls.
