I’ve been to Das a few times and previously felt like it’s simply not worth it. UNTIL I discovered their gluten free bun which is to die for. It’s very similar to brioche. I enjoyed it with my brunch sandwich! They have very few GF items, but rest assured anything that can be a sandwich - go for the GF bun! They have a GF wrap as well that I did not try yet.

Our server/bartender was great. I am very sensitive to cross contamination but decided to give them a try. I went for the shrimp salad with the gluten free wrap and chips and a cider. Food was great and no reaction at all. Excited to try some sausage next time.

Great first experience dining at Das! Most gf items are marked on the menu, including most of the sausage meals. I wanted the corned beef and cabbage entree but it wasn't marked gf so the waitress asked the kitchen manager and he confirmed that meal was gf--it was delicious! Likely not marked due to the sides you can get with it, some not being gf. Menu also noted that they offer gf buns and wraps for all of the sandwiches. I ordered one of their crushes and confirmed the mixer was gf for the watermelon one--we even observed the bartender checking the ingredients on the bottle before making the drink. Really nice experience with wonderful customer service and lots of gf options!
