This was truly the best restaurant experience we had in Madrid. The guys working here are so welcoming and kind. The menu was marked with allergen info. And they made the most incredible GF truffle pasta. And they DO NOT skimp on the truffles!!! Also do yourself a favor and try the Rosso Estate... better then sangria! They were so nice they even showed me how to make it!
