Only 3 things on the gf menu. Soup, chicken and kids chicken. They don't seem to care about allergies.

My family actually chose this over eating at the cheesecake factory simply because their menu selection we saw online. We had excellent service here. Our waitress gave us the allergens menu immediately upon request, which has a number of options. I liked how this was the same menu available online, so I could have any questions for the server prepped in advance. This has always been a place that will accommodate to any needs, wheather a person has allergies or not. Items on the gf menu can even be paired with those on the power play card deal, so this is nice if you are interested in their eat-and-arcade-play promotion.Consistantly great food quality and hosting. Also great smoothies, and free refills on the drinks. Another great thing is that most restaraunts will place you right near other parties; D&B *does* seperate parties, making it a very unique and exclusive experience. We sat in the dining room area, and I cannot guarentee this for the sports bar or arcade area, which unlike the dining area, is expected to get very crowded on any regular weekend or weeknight. The chef even made sure to not add any embellishments onto my meal to avoid cross contamination. My father even ended up ordering the same meal I had (black jack bbq chicken, even though he is not even gluten intolerant like me), and he was overly pleased with his meal just the same! We would love to see more menu options in the future.

We were just here for a team party. The party package included fries which were technically GF as they are fried separately from gluten containing items but we were concerned w cross contamination of utensils. We were able to order big side of fries as well as a burger on GF bun. It was kept separate and covered until my kiddo got to it. Staff knowledgeable and accommodating considering it was a party room event.

The wings and fries are marked gluten free but the server checked and they’re cooked in a shared fryer. My husband ordered the ribeye and it was well seasoned but it was a super fatty cut of meat. They did have gluten free buns in the menu or burgers on a bed of lettuce so a burger is probably the best choice with a veggie for a side.

We are here now, taking a risk. Their menu has items that say gluten free, and they have an online menu that has what allergens are in the food. HOWEVER, the bone in wings, and fries (both listed as gluten free) are all fried in the same oil as their crispy chicken items.

Will update on reaction.
