This Dave & Busters night was not an awesome experience but I think it was serious bad luck. I ended up having to get my food to go (I'm the only celiac in the family) bc it took three tries to get my allergy-friendly meal correct and my little ones really wanted to play the games. The manager really made a huge effort to make it right so I personally would feel comfortable to try this restaurant again. My reheated meal is good and no reaction which is the most important thing. When they brought my food out incorrectly twice (before I just got it to go the third time) it was still served separately in a covered dish. It was just the wrong order. It did still seem gluten-free, just not what I ordered.

This was horrible. The host said there were GF options and started leading us to a table. He got distracted and forgot about us, walking away and leaving us standing in a sea of empty tables. We had to go back to the host stand and remind him he was supposed to seat us. The first waiter said I could have nachos as the chips aren’t fried, burger buns, and fries in a dedicated fryer. He never came back. Another waitress came over. She said that the chips and fries are all fried in the same vat as everything else. We left and went elsewhere, coming back later to play the arcade games.

didn't try it but they do offer gluten free buns with their burgers. i asked about the fries, and they said they're done in their own fryer but can't guarantee that the grease from the other fryer won't land in that fryer. ultimately i didn't end up ordering anything.

I agree with everyone else, while I’m grateful there are gf menu items available, they’re nothing to write home about. I’ll never go here again.

They have a very good allergy menu and the staff were wonderful. There is also a large variety of gf options.

We were just here for a team party. The party package included fries which were technically GF as they are fried separately from gluten containing items but we were concerned w cross contamination of utensils. We were able to order big side of fries as well as a burger on GF bun. It was kept separate and covered until my kiddo got to it. Staff knowledgeable and accommodating considering it was a party room event.
