Davis Brothers Pizza

I'm not celiac but violently reactive to gluten.

I ordered the gluten free supreme pizza without cheese. It came in its own disposable baking pan, so the crust wouldn't have touched the prep and cooking surfaces, but other than that I don't know what precautions were taken in the kitchen.

Pizza was delicious. Had great crunchy crust, which I haven't found since giving up gluten.

I was in town for a week...and ordered a 2nd pizza when I hit the road.
