They have a dedicated fryolator for fried calamari and other apps. They use a GF soy sauce. GF is clearly marked on the menu and they get it. I love eating here and having dishes that are usually off limits.

Dined at their new location 93 S Maple Ave for lunch today. Wonderful food, and many gluten-free options! The Gluten Free Fried Calamari is fantastic. Don't miss out on their Kai Satay chicken, also GF. Save room for dessert, home made Thai ice cream. While you wait, try one of their Tavern Puzzles, based on puzzles forged by blacksmiths in the 1880s. Prompt friendly service, excellent food, nice decor, and puzzles! (Note: I do not know if they have dedicated GF fryer so I marked a bit lower on safety as I don't want anyone to get sick.)

Ate here a couple months ago and enjoyed the meal and had no gluten issue. They seemed short-handed and they said they were looking for help. Can’t recall what I had, but it was too sweet for my taste. Could’ve sworn I posted a review after that visit, but I don’t see it listed now.

Awesome place and knowledgeable staff. If you love Thai and want to eat somewhere safe you have to eat here. I had the red curry and it was authentic. I learned to love Thai food in Thailand and this place will take you back there. Rich great flavor and perfect spice. This is a must try!

So great! Amazing service, extensive knowledge of gluten allergies, and phenomenal food. Severe allergy to wheat, and no reaction at all! My friends who aren’t gluten free also raved about the food, so it’s good for everyone, not just those of us who are gluten free!

What a great find! Had an incredible gluten free experience at this place! Great service and full knowledge of gluten, GF items well marked on the menu and staff is very friendly and accommodating. A great experience and so close to the airport! I’ll be back every time I fly into Manchester!

Fresh and delicious Thai food with GF options clearly marked on menu. Our family is half-GF and half not, yet all were happy. My Celiac kiddo loved her chicken with broccoli, and I (also Celiac) inhaled my hot and sour soup with rice noodles and heaps of fresh herbs. Wonderful local find.
