The lady taking orders knew what was GF- (crabmeat and lobster sandwich, coleslaw, chowders) but didn't warn me that the French fries were fried in same fryer. Luckily I'm OK with that.
Loved the lobster roll (used GF hamburger bun that was buttered and grilled), the ff and the chowder.

Outstanding lobster roll and was told by a local that their crabmeat was even better. They had driven 30 minutes to get some to go. I would gladly recommend eating here and hope to do so again before leaving Maine!!!

Being from Maine this is the only place l’ll get lobster rolls as they are the best, have an incredible view, not touristy and are reasonably priced. Day’s also happens to be very knowledgeable about GF/Celiac. They use a delicious GF hamburger bun (because they haven’t found a hot dog bun they like yet), make Gf lobster rolls in a separate area, and can answer any questions. Definitely visit here!

Welcome to Maine! This place is great to get your seafood mix. You can get steamed seafood. Today I discovered they also have gf buns for lobster rolls. I’m not a celiac but have autoimmune disease so I’m not crazy sensitive but avoid gf so it’s a good option for that. They did say the fries are done in the same vat as all their other glutened foods so avoid if you are sensitive.
