Went there on a weekend and they have a different menu on weekend days which I was not aware of. There was only one gluten free option which was the oatmeal. It was very good but I still wish they had more options for the weekend. Coffee was very good though and staff was friendly!

A small, cute dining spot in ames. Offers GF overnight oats, GF breakfast tacos, or GF pork carnitas tacos - I got the pork carnitas and they were DELICIOUS with no reaction afterwards.

Yes. I had Carnitas Taco's. Corn Tortillas with pulled pork, salsa verde, radish, onion, cilantro and lime. Though I cannot eat the salsa and onions, it was so delicious and filling and of course gluten free.
