Waitstaff was very well versed in GF protocol. GF soy sauce available as a substitutefor your order, and confirmed with kitchen that fresh wok/pan were to be used in preparation of food. All curries are GF and were able to request GF fried rice. We did not order sushi so not sure about those dishes. Very friendly and willing to help!
