No fresh baked anything, only frozen treats and breads. Lady working wasn’t friendly and argued with us when she gave back the wrong change, insisting she was right because she “counts backwards”. Very condescending tone, wouldn’t recommend or go back, not worth the drive

This is good place to visit. The lady which is working there was very nice. My celiac son could eat hot meal there. He loved cupcakes which she bake. The bread was amazing! Everything was very fresh.

Estelle really saved our vacation! After making all of our plans to bring our grandchildren to Niagara Falls for a holiday, one of our grandsons was diagnosed with celiac disease. De Healthy Baker is the only 100 percent gluten free facility we could find there. Even though not on her regular menu, she prepared all our breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for us for the three days we were there. They were great! I will be forever grateful for her kindness and expertise.

What a great little bakery. We arrived today just before closing. There was a great selection of treats in the coolers, as well as fresh breads and buns. We bought a veggie lasagna, and cooked it at home. It was tasty! I have saved the best review for last...the cupcakes..literally the most delicious, moist, amazing cupcake I have ever tasted! Which says a lot...as I was a big cake lover pre-celiac. The texture, and overall taste...so so so good. The icing was delicious too. The lovely lady working there is very knowledgeable about celiac disease. She told me some of the local pizza shops use their pizza crust! I highly recommend this bakery. Delicious food and baked goods!

Dedicated gluten free bakery! Sweet find for a celiac living here. The Bean bread and Italian loaf I bought fresh were awesome. Soft, not crumbly. Had ‘Freeze by’ date on the tag. My non- gluten free husband loved both, also. The cupcakes were awesome, and the Hello Dolly squares have headed back for some to take home!

Very friendly staff, samples to try, can pre order if you know you are going. So far the food o have tried has been delicious and I can’t wait to try the rest that I purchased! The bread was actually soft, cupcakes so fluffy and many other gluten free options! They had a lot of other allergen free food. Will definitely go back.

Please support this bakery! Skip the big stores and come here for anything from breads to cupcakes to pizza to pierogi and more. The owner is lovely and gives out samples; most items are available fresh and frozen. Absolute blessing for celiacs, GFCF and others - even vegan items. The lemon squares are luscious!

Fantastic little place. People are very friendly and helpful. The mac and cheese is delicious. Definitely get a cupcake.

The food was pretty good, with no major issues after eating. I felt rushed in the store, and found it difficult to confirm the ingredients for items other than those with an ingredient sticker already on them.

We had a very nice lunch here. She was low or out of some lunch items listed on the website (mac n' cheese, pizza, lasagna). And I did not realize almost all the homemade items they carry are frozen. However, Pamela was very kind and reheated everything for us and it was delicious.

The Italian crusty bread is amazing. It's such a relief to eat a sandwich that tastes like a sandwich! Cupcakes and pizza dough are fantastic as well. I love this bakery!

A dedicated gluten free bakery with lots of items to choose from. Tried several of the breads which were the best I have had ever. The cupcakes were wonderful as well. The owner is very friendly. A must stop when in the area.

Awesome!! They offer samples of all of their bread so you can try before you buy. I bought a loaf of Italian bread and a pack of chocolate chip cookies which were both delicious! Was such a great treat to eat soft cookies which I have not had in a year since being diagnosed! I later called and placed an order for banana chocolate chip muffins and everything bagels. They were ready the following day. The day I went to pick them up I also bought a chocolate cupcake which tasted amazing! My bf had a bite and said "wow you can't even tell a difference." And I also got oatmeal cookies. Great bakery and I wish I lived in Niagara Falls! Visiting from Boston and will return next year. Also, I am not dairy free but if you are- many of their food options are also dairy free!

This place is awsome! The bread is so light and airy I can't believe it is gluten free. Dedicated facility so you know there is no cross contamination. So glad I found this place but just wish it was closer to my home 500mi away.

Nice variety of products, have been extremely happy with everything I've tried so far, especially the italian bread. helpful staff and I really enjoyed that there were samples of their various baked goods to try before buying.

De Healthy Baket is AMAAAZING!! They sell everything gluten free you could imagine and alot of it is sugar free as well. Absolutely healthy, not replaced with other stuff that's unhealthy. And they have nutrition charts on all products. If you live gluten free, you MUST stop in there. I get tortillas, hamburg buns, bday cakes, pasta etc
