This deli in Geneva has gluten free sandwiches, although the menu board doesn’t advertise gluten free bread as an option, you just have to ask. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, and was delighted to find out the bread was made in house in a bread maker. The sandwich was delicious, and I look forward to coming back.

The owners said specifically that they were not comfortable serving Celiacs. Good for them for recognizing this fact. Definitely NOT safe.

They made my sandwich in a separate part of the kitchen with fresh gloves to reduce contamination. Had a roast beef sandwich, which was delicious.
Great GF bread option. Some soups are GF, just ask. Lots of chips and snacks available, sandwiches are alacarte. Not a contaminant-free kitchen. I love the porchetta (pork loin)!
