Cookies, a cupcake and cinnamon pull aparts for treats. They were lucious and I so appreciated Rebecca, the owner, confirming to me that all could be apportioned and frozen for eating later. They could not have been nicer, the bread was still warm and it was the best gf sourdough I’ve ever eaten and rivaled some of the best nongf sourdough I’ve eaten as well. If you’re a serious bread person, or bread baker and want someone else’s loaf, this is the best place to go. When I leave I hope they’ll ship frozen loaves! They do sell mixes too.
