Not noted on the menu but the server was knowledgeable and assured me my food was cooked separately with gf soy sauce and ingredients, knew what celiac was which always is a plus. The pad Thai was some of the best I’ve had.

Lots of gluten free options and the staff is very accommodating. This is my favorite Thai place in clt! I’ve tried most of the menu. Just make sure to be very clear when ordering. Any noodle substitutions should be the flat, narrow rice noodles.

Very knowledgeable staff. There are Gf appetizers available. I had the shrimp green curry with chicken rice soup and it was excellent!

Could not believe their fried duck curry was GF but I didn’t get sick. SO tasty!
Large range of GF options. Tamari to go with the sushi. Wait staff knows what to do.
Pad Prik was excellent. Server explained the stir fried are gluten free and a few other items. Pad Thai is not gluten free because of oyster sauce in it. My son had two servings of the pot stickers appetizer for his dinner and liked them. No long wait on a Friday night at 7. Highly recommend.
I've had their pad Thai and curries without any problem. Great food for take-out nights.
While Deejai doesn't have a GF menu, the staff worked with me to determine safe menu options. I've been eating here about twice a month since my diagnosis almost a year ago and have never had a reaction. The food is delicious, too.
