Deep Water Grille

I am a regular at the Deep Water Grille/ and The Alley pizza. I order gluten free pizza regularly from there. I have also several of their gluten free entrees. The gluten free entrees are great and their gluten free pizza is amazing. This one of the few places my family can eat at in the Ashland Area and not have to worry about be cross contaminated with gluten. (Three of five people in my family have celiac disease) km

Ordered off of their gluten free menu. Got a burger on a gluten free bun and a size of red roasted potatoes. Got served a burger with fries instead. Waitress insisted it was gluten free. Got super sick about an hour later.

Do not recommend if you’re celiac.

Terrible!! The bathrooms smelled like raw sewage, they were out of GF buns and our waiter seemed put out by having to serve us. I ordered the butter chicken and it was marginal at best. Would rather starve than eat here again!

Staff appeared to be incompetent of what gluten is, even with explaining. I immediately got sick from the food. I do not recommend

Very good! Saw on Find Me GF so decided to try. They do have gluten-free menu with a number of great selections. We had Stuffed Mushroom appetizer that was awesome. I had whitefish dinner Cajun style and my wife had broiled Tiger Tail shrimp. Meal was great, server knowledgeable about GF. Only negative was lack of a dessert. But was so full didn’t need one. Will be back next time we’re in the area.

I asked if they had gluten free options since I saw previous reviews had said they have a menu. My waitress just said there should be some options and started naming them off. I then proceeded to ask if one entree had dairy in it and as she walked away said "I'll check".

The staff was knowledgeable about celiac and gave me a separate menu. It wasn’t a sticky binder like most restaurants which was refreshing. I had a steak with vegetables (they had many many options), stuffed mushrooms and Creme brûlée. Everything was very good and so far I feel completely unaffected by gluten. Will update if I feel different later.

Very big GF menu. Great food! The portion sizes are extremely large, so bring your appetite!
