Deer Valley Resort: Empire Canyon Lodge

This is a very nice ski lodge cafeteria style dining with a lot of tables outside in the sun. Great casual ski setting. They have gluten free chicken fingers and a dedicated fryer. Knowledgeable staff immediately understood our needs.

Chili is good. Too bad they don't offer GF beer! They don't even have wine or hard cider.

They have items marked and the staff is very knowledgeable. GF fries and chicken tenders have their own fryer. Multiple chili options and even GF and vegan cookies for desert!
