Defiance Ridge Vineyards

It was a nice restaurant with a pretty view but is NOT celiac safe. I have relatively severe celiac and got sick after eating here. I called ahead and the person I talked to made it sound safe, but the waitress seemed unknowledgeable and I don’t think she understood the weight of the situation. I had a burger and while there is a chance that a different item might be safe, I am lead to think that there is a lot of cross contamination in the kitchen.
