    I've really enjoyed their red velvet whoopie pies. However, I have a habit of really reading the fine print of labels; and although they advertise themselves to be gluten free and in a dedicated gf facility, they are, in fact, in a shared facility with others whose euipment processes wheat/gluten. I gave defloured two stars for that reason. They're deceptive in their business practices and definitely not safe for Celiacs.

    Omg the dessert was amazing. It should be noted this currently is a production kitchen and not a place to buy sweets. The owner happened to have the door ajar and goodies to goto farmers market when we walked up. Please see her at the following farmers markets: Sunday Glenwood Market, Wednesday night Andersonville Market, and a market in Evanston. She soon hopes to have a proper store front.
