The waitress said there is a separate stove where no gluten products are cooked. I had delicious eggs Benedict on good gluten free bread with hash browns and a caramel/ butterscotch coffee with whipped cream. The waitress was able to answer my questions about where food is cooked. I didn’t ask about utensils, etc; I am new at this. There is an Astérix at bottom of page about gluten free bread and rolls. I assume that means all sandwiches, salads and breakfast items can be gluten free if requested. Maybe someone else can update the safety comments.
