Del Maiz Bistro

We stopped in here as a family with gluten intolerance and celiac disease due to the windows advertising 100% Maiz. We are English-speaking with very little Spanish, which did prove to be a bit of a barrier, but between our translation apps and theirs, we were able to order some absolutely amazing food. From what we can tell it's 100% gluten free, but with the language barrier, it was hard to confirm. If you are in the neighborhood, we recommend!
