I've eaten here twice before (once for brunch and once for dinner), both times with amazing service, Celiac safety knowledge, and food, so visited again about two weeks ago for brunch. This time our server was very knowledgeable and made sure to mark things as gluten free, however, the salad I had ordered, while it arrived with the gluten-allergy toothpick, turned out to contain farro. Unfortunately I realized a few bites in, and after much discussion back and forth with the kitchen and manager, that they had swapped the farro in for the quinoa when they ran out and not connected the dots that farro contains gluten. To be fair, the restaurant was extremely busy while we were there, but I took all the right steps. The server and manager apologized profusely for the mistake and promised to make it a learning opportunity for the kitchen staff, but I will not be returning again. Such a shame too since this is a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant Group spot and their restaurants typically go above and beyond to educate staff about allergies/intolerances/Celiac, but I no longer feel safe eating here.
