DelGrosso’s Park and Laguna Splash

Delgrosso’s Pasta Fresca has gluten free noodles and very little cross contamination. You can watch them make the food and also tell them that you have an allergy and to disinfectant and clean the thermometer before they make your food. But personally I have never had an issue with their food!

Update for 2021 - they have changed the fries and they are no longer the fresh cut fries. They told me they can’t promise there is no cross contamination.

At Laguna Splash, Steak Delizioso has a dedicated fryer for fries. I did eat the fries and the NIMA test was “no gluten found.” Had them several times in 2018 without any issues. Other fries in the park are NOT safe. They have gluten free pasta at Pasta Fresco, but I’m not sure if the preparation is safe due to shared pans. Supposedly the ice cream at Midway in the main park is gluten free.
