To be fair I haven’t tried the crapes. Flavors sound delicious. Having said that - they’re not safe for celiac. They cook gluten free crapes on the same pan as regular crapes. They offered to wipe it down but to me that was too much of a risk of the cross contamination

They can make any savory or sweet crepe gluten free with their buckwheat batter. I had the one with strawberries, bananas, & nutella. Pretty good, but also kinda expensive.

This was the 3rd food truck I tried to get GF stuff. Success! She says only savory we’re GF. I had the shrimp with pesto, spinach & avocado. Very good!

The most amazing meal ever! I got the Waikiki Crepe. The best dessert I have ever had. EVER. Go here it is so cute. I live on island and will be coming back all the time. They have plenty of gluten free options for crepes sweet and savory. I attached the menu in a picture as well! Super cute food truck area with options for other foods at surrounding ones (for friends + family)

Wonderful GF crepes. They have savory and sweet. I was skeptical about the buckwheat crepe base but it was great with the Nutella and banana!! Wished we lived closer so I could have them more often.

I got a savory crepe, the Chief, and it was delicious. The savory crepes are all made gluten-free. The regular crepes can be made gluten-free soon request. It was absolutely delicious and was a key find on our trip.

Delicious…though not easy to find! It’s hidden amongst a lot full of other food trucks right off the main drag in Haleiwa. Took us 4 times passing it to finally find it, and that was only after I dropped my wife and kids off and circled while they verified it was there. Once we found it though…game on.! As others have said, the savory is already gf and you can request the sweet with the gf crepe as well. It is a single crepe maker establishment, but they do wipe it down between runs. My celiac daughter had no reaction so all was good. We had the Hawaiian, the garlic shrimp and the chef savory and the aloha and the banana mac sweet for the 4 of us to share and it was all delicious.

Service was great, but there might be a wait. Savory crepes are made with buckwheat, so gluten free and dessert crepes are made with wheat flour unless you tell the staff you need gluten free. Be sure to indicate that you are celiac (if that is your GF reason) and that you need gluten free - they will clean the griddle. The crepes were also completely delicious! I ate safely here twice while on Oahu.

This place is a must stop! All the savory is GF and I think some of the sweets can be modified. The notified the cook of the Allergy and they started cleaning the crepe station immediately. I got the garlic shrimp crepe. Absolutely. delicious.

Gluten free upon request and absolutely amazing! Paris is subtle but amazingly great.
I am celiac and ate here with fingers crossed that their cleaning methods in between the regular flour crepes and my gluten free ones were good enough. I watched him wash the griddle and tools and was satisfied. I ate a delicious buckwheat crepe and enjoyed every bite! Didn’t get sick at all!
All lunch crepes are gluten free, made with only buckwheat and water. The dessert crepes are flour based. They can make adjustments on the dessert and make with buckwheat but not recommended for taste according to owner. Owner present amd very knowledgeable. Small van with cooking equipment, which you can see, so you will have to make your own judgement call on cross contamination. I ordered the Roma..turkey cheese tomatoes pesto and was one of my favorite meals in Hawaii!
Delicious crepes! I got a dessert crepe but had them substitute the sweet crepe batter for the buckwheat batter.
Yes
This crepe cart is at the Polynesian Cultural Center shopping center. You don’t need to buy tickets to access it. They use buckwheat flour and have it clearly marked on their sign. He did wipe down the iron in between ours and the non-gluten Free one but I don’t think that towel was clean. I would be wary if I was a super sensitive Celiac
I just left here and I was told that these crepes are made with regular white flour. I went to the one at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Nothing said gluten free anywhere, and when I asked about the flower, I was told it was "regular white flour"

Best GF crepes I've had!! The Nutella and banana crepe took me back in time, reminding me of my blissful pre GF days. Was going to go back later that day but it was closed :(
stopped at their stall at the farmers market. despite telling him I have Celiac (which prompted him to clean his tools & grill) he used the same Nutella spreader & flipper for my buckwheat crepe as for the regular ones. cross contamination is a definite concern here. be sure to remind him of your Celiac, and to inquire which is the buckwheat batter. he nearly gave me the wrong one to start with.
Amazing gf crepes and toppings!! All dishes can be made gf
