— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Said all crepes could be made gf, but wasn’t sure if the bbq sauce was gf when I asked and didn’t have a bottle available to check the label of. Then when she went to make it, she smelled the two batters to determine which one was the buckwheat/gf batter as opposed to the flour batter. Both were right next to each other. They do use the same surface and utensils but offered to clean them. However, I didn’t feel confident enough in their smell test to determine the gf safe batter to actually eat the crepe I paid for.

A little crepe stall in the marketplace outside the PCC. Savory and sweet crepes available (all options could be made gluten free) - we had the Hawaiian and the Mushroom Melt and both were delicious. They clearly knew about gluten intolerance versus Coeliac and we’re happy to clean the pan before making ours.
