Asked about Celiac and how often they get gluten free folks eating there / people with allergy requests. Nothing. No one knew what it was and I did not feel safe to eat there.

Review
According to the staff nearly the entire menu is gluten free but it is not marked. They use soy sauce that is gluten free by default. I have tried almost all items on the menu, including dishes like spicy thai basil or bbq thai chicken that are usually not gluten free, and I did not have a reaction. Usually I am extremely sensitive to gluten in soy sauce so I would definitely know.
