The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their gluten free options . I asked our waiter Ozzy if they could make penne bolognese for me and he answered of course! It was excellent. The artisan made pasta is imported from Italy. My husband couldn't tell the difference! They also have a flourless chocolate cake:) They don't have a dedicated kitchen, but are very aware. As severely gluten intolerant, I felt very safe and look forward to future visits.
