Really good food, however not recommended for celiacs (or if you have a very severe/ sensitive gluten allergy) while they do offer a lot of gluten free options, there is a sign posted saying that it is not recommended for people with celiac disease probably because they do not take strict measures to prevent cross contamination. Not guaranteed that it is safe.
No
They have GF options listed on their menu as well as a disclaimer that they can't completely prevent cross-contamination. I don't have Celiac but I am sensitive to cross-contamination and I have never gotten sick there. I order the nachos with grilled chicken and just ask them to change gloves before making my nachos.
I'm a celiac and even though the menu offers GF items the fine print suggests celiac's use caution due to the possibility of cross contamination.I've eaten here however several times without incident. The chicken enchiladas are my favorite.

Staff completely unaware of what gluten free means. Friendly, but stay away if Celiac.
Plenty to choose from. Gluten Free options clearly marked but be sure to ask for your choices to be prepared gluten free.
