My kid wanted to go here for breakfast after staying at an airport hotel, and Google reviews mentioned that gluten free options are available, so I decided to give it a try. I wanted to offer this review so that others seeing those reviews could have a way to cross-reference them (check for accuracy). The menu does specify which items are gluten free. However, this does not indicate preparation methods that avoid cross-contamination. I am a vegetarian, so I thought I might try eggs and hash browns. However, my server was very helpfully able to explain that while eggs are made in a skillet, the surface on which hash browns are cooked is only semi-dedicated (they usually just use it for hasbrowns, but sometimes when the toaster doesn't work, they use it for toast, etc.). I was grateful for the care with which she explained this and for the honest information. I felt like I understood what I needed to do to keep myself safe. I stuck to ordering scrambled eggs and did not have any symptoms afterward (nor symptoms from the paper straw, which I did not think to verify). If she had offered to have them make me the hash browns in a skillet too, I would have rated this place higher.
