Review of Denny's

Their menu is covered in "GF" things which surprised me so I talked to a manager and told him the extent of my allergy and he said he would personally see to it that the kitchen was cleaned. 10 minutes into eating my meal he came back out and asked me if it had been cooked on the clean part... How should I know? He then said he honestly had no idea what gluten was but that he would go recook it for me. Obviously, if I had already eaten it, it was too late.
