Our waiter, Ted was amazing. He made sure we had safe food. We had more than one food restriction. Our gluten detection cleared the food that was prepared that night.

The service and food at Desert Bistro was impeccable! They were nervous about serving someone with celiac since their kitchen is so small there is a risk of cross contamination. Our server Derek was excellent in asking the chef questions and letting me know what I could have. The food was the best I’ve ever eaten. I had the pork tenderloin with Apple chutney. The sauce was so good, I ate all of it and would buy it if they sold it. They made sure I was taken care of, and I didn’t get sick. Desert Bistro is worth the food and cost.

Loved desert bistro! The food was excellent! Our server was very knowledgeable about food allergies and they accommodated mine easily. And I have many besides gluten. I highly recommend.

Staff very aware of gluten free eating needs. Variety of meats, veggies, salads, and desserts.
The staff is so knowledgeable and will use different oils to support our gluten, dairy, and soy allergies. Plus an amazing place, top ten all time for us!
Best restaurant in Moab. Just need to tone down the room noise a bit. Interesting menu, really nice presentation. The server was very aware of celiac and food allergies, e.g., she made sure the ahi was not placed on the won tons but remembered that my husband would like them. Try the bacon wrapped dates (baked) - they're wonderful and I could have had them for my main! The salads were beautiful and we split a pork tenderloin dish with a potato/herb gallette that potato fans would die for. A lot of the menu is inherently GF. Definitely make a reservation and look at the menu on line in advance.
