100% awesomeness, no gluten containing ingredients prepared at this facility so ZERO cross-contamination issues. I ate an entire plate plus sides and 2 hours later I am only feeling the effects of over eating! I will be back, and maybe even later today for dinner, it was that magical of an experience for this Celiac disease patient.
