Gluten pizza is great, but since a celiac diagnosis in our family I called to verify procedures. I asked about the GF pizza and their kitchen procedures, she responded "I mean, its a GF crust....what do you need to know?" I asked about preparation and if there was a separate station. She responded "no, everything is shared". No way will I let my celiac child eat there!
