They have a fully gluten free sushi menu. Everything, including the soy sauce (tamari) is gluten free. Important to note not it is not its own restaurant—it’s located in the back of Hammer & Nail bar within the Plaza building in Detroit. I’m not sure about the rest of the bar, but the sushi menu is 100% GF & safe. Confirmed with the owners. I just tried 4 different rolls from here and they were so delicious. They’re on DoorDash too!!
