I got a holiday gift package from one of my friends and it was lovely. The presentation was impeccable with great attention to details. The bread, the madeleines and the brioche were fabulous. Super tasty! I am very sensitive and had no issue with their products. It says they are dedicated and from their website, it seems that the owner has celiac.
