Staff was upfront that it is not a gluten free facility nor do they have a gf menu. They suggested ordering on lettuce leaf, which I did. Had the morning slider. Small burger patty, fried egg, bacon & cheese. Smaller portion so it was perfect for breakfast. No GI issues afterward. My husband had a Hawaiian pineapple shake (super nummy)
