I have to agree with Katie. Dia Doce is a lovely shop with great gluten-filled cupcakes. The GF ones are just okay. Not very sweet - almost like a muffin. I thought maybe they used a bean-based flour. (Their GF cupcakes were one of the first things I had post-celiac diagnosis.) It’s also pretty much the same two flavors all the time. I have never been glutened by them, though.
Good in a pinch or for once in a while, but I do better baking at home. I’d rather go to the Happy Mixer for kiffles. Highly recommend!
