The staff was very knowledgeable. The guy making my sandwich immediately changed his gloves, and even went to get the toppings for my sandwich from the freezer so they were fresh and not contaminated(they use the ones in the front for other sandwiches and all gloves touch them). Even had some GF cookies and brownies.

The staff was very kind. They aren't dedicated facility but when told about my allergies they used a different slicer and changed gloves. Have gf rolls and salads
