Great food. I got the brisket plate with two sides, green beans and potato casserole. The potato casserole is mashed potatoes with all the fixings of a loaded baked potato, so seemed gluten free. I also ate the original bbq sauce and had no problems, but then again I'm only gluten intolerant.
Service was great, very friendly staff. Would eat there again.

We did well here and did not get sick. You just have to make sure they dont put the bun on your tray. I used their online allergen information menu. Unlike every other place in Fort Stockton most of their main options are not automatically covered in gluten.
If you're in Fort Stockton and you're hungry, this place will do you right. Their spice rub and sauces are wheat free. Ask them to skip the roll and change their gloves, and most things on the menu should be okay. While not first class TX BBQ, the food is fine, fast and filling and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean.
There is no specific GF menu, but they can find out ingredients for their foods and you can look at the allergen list online. For gluten free, I highly suggest green beans, pork, and chicken breast. This is a great, FAST service, delicious and friendly location. Unfortunately for those of us who need GF, this location doesn't have baked potatoes or salads. Boo (that's why I removed an extra star)! But it is so hard to find anywhere safe to eat out in Fort Stockton for celiacs, I wanted to throw this one out because I ate there and lived while traveling through.
Yes
Was told the meats were gluten free but were cross contaminated. I looked at the prep area and it was a mess. Person behind the counter recommended I not eat there as it was not safe.

Most meats are GF, some of the sides as well. When I mentioned that I am gluten sensitive, she changed gloves and utensils. BBQ sauces are GF as well. Appreciate the attention to detail.

Ok, if you look on the paper allergen menu off to the side taped to the wall. They do have everything with wheat listed, but without a big GF next to menu items, it takes a while to read. Teenage girl at checkout did no not to offer me bread. It's ok, but you have to be careful. Not ideal for celiacs.
