None of the staff could tell me if their sauces were gluten-free or which sides were gluten-free, they referred me to their website. If no one working knows what gluten is, how can they possibly take steps to prevent cross contamination? Celiac proceeded with caution. Or just not al all.

With a BBQ cafeteria set up, you order your meat and sides, they prepare your plate and then take out of sit as one of the inside tables. The pork ribs were wonderfully cooked and melts in the mouth. I felt they were under seasoned. Limitless BBQ sauce available to cover them which is also quite good. Soda machine with unlimited refills helped as it was over 100 degrees outside and the place is nicely air conditioned. Very knowledgeable on what was gluten free.

I go there often and tell them I am gf. They change their gloves and know exactly what is gf.

We love eating here on Sundays - kids eat free for every adult meal your purchase! A family member has Celiacs. We always make the person taking our order aware and they use special care when preparing our food. Lots of options here since the sauces and sides are all GF with the exception of fried okra, mac'n cheese and rolls.

The staff are gluten aware, and when asked will change their gloves, cutting board, and knives. Obviously not a dedicated GF facility, so be conscious of what you order. Most of the sides are GF, the BBQ sauce is NOT gf, it states this on their website. Bring your own sauce.
Yes
Gluten free BBQ sauce and meats. Let cook know gluten free.
Was told the meats were gluten free but were cross contaminated. I looked at the prep area and it was a mess. Person behind the counter recommended I not eat there as it was not safe.

Most meats are GF, some of the sides as well. When I mentioned that I am gluten sensitive, she changed gloves and utensils. BBQ sauces are GF as well. Appreciate the attention to detail.

Ok, if you look on the paper allergen menu off to the side taped to the wall. They do have everything with wheat listed, but without a big GF next to menu items, it takes a while to read. Teenage girl at checkout did no not to offer me bread. It's ok, but you have to be careful. Not ideal for celiacs.
