Unsure if/how Dig Inn has changed in the past few years, but a few years ago I had an allergic reaction at one of their NYC locations because they did not disclose that soy sauce (the regular kind with wheat) was used in cooking the broccoli.

Excellent about allergen info being labeled on their menu and ingredient lists are all available from their ordering page online. Easy to order catering as well!

Came here for a quick dinner. Great experience! Told the server about my allergy and he called over the manager to help me select items. Almost everything is GF, cheap, and delicious. I got GF meatballs, rice, sweet potatoes, and some other sides. They even had GF brownies and cookies! Quick service. No symptoms after. Would definitely recommend!

If you’re looking for quickly prepared fresh food, this is the place. The menu indicates food allergens, including gluten free. My personal favorite is the GF salmon bowl and brownie (made with sweet potatoes!) They also have a selection of sandwiches, bowls, salads and desserts that DO contain gluten (check the menu). The staff is always welcoming.

Food tastes amazing. Told them I have a gluten allergy and asked them to change their gloves. They already had that protocol in place. Almost everything is gf already! Had no symptoms
Great cafe with ‘home cooking’. Excellent selection of gf options (90% of the menu). Vegetable, salad and protein bowls. Highly recommend.

I have had takeout of the charred chicken, rice, greens, broccoli, carrots and dressings, and the flourless brownie twice. Great food. Most of the menu is GF except for two items (mac and cheese, and cookies).
