Review of DIG

The menu said which items had gluten, but when I asked the staff to confirm that the dressing was GF and that the menu was correct they didn't seem to understand what gluten is, and seemed a bit annoyed by my questions. I was feeling confident because of the menu detail and ate there anyway. We'll see how I feel, but I probably won't return. Made me wish I had a gluten sensor!
