Totally untrained for serving celiacs!! This is the second time I have ordered a gluten free salad from a Dions location and the second time they have taken a pre made salad and removed the croutons, leaving a bunch of glutinous crumbs. At this location, I specifically said "Do not just remove the croutons!" And when I got the take out salad home, there were Crouton crumbs. This chain needs some employee training before claiming gluten free options.
