Dippy's Ice Cream Shop

Yummy ice cream, I ordered Turtle flavor. When I informed the employee I had celiac and needed a GF option, he was willing to pull out the tub itself so I could read the ingredients list. Allergens were listed and there were no gluten containing ingredients in it but was made in a facility that also processes wheat (which I would suspect to be the same for every flavor as they are all the same local brand). He cleaned and sanitized the ice cream scoop upon request. I am only giving 4 and not 5 stars because the employee did not know himself which items were safe and needed prompting not to reuse the scoop. No reaction so far many hours later.

Knowledgeable and looked ingredients to confirm when asked. Changed scoop and opened a new ice cream container for us. Reasonably safe
