When I asked about cross-contamination, I was told the oven is 500 degrees so gluten will burn off. Yikes! Thankfully I did not get sick. The crust was Against the Grain, so I’d rather make my own pizza at home and avoid the risk. Fine place if you’re in the area around lunch, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.
