Our server was very accommodating and assured me that they will take celiac precautions seriously. She did mention that flour is “in the air”, which is a risk that (for me, at least) is worth it to finally be able to eat good Italian food! I got the GF Marco’s Summer Chicken and it was amazing. Husband and sister in law got non-GF items they loved as well.
