They did a wonderful job! She inquired as to whether I was celiac, subbed out my potatoes due to shared fryer for fruit and substituted for gf bread. She clarified it would be toasted in the oven and not a shared toaster. Yummy and safe, yay!

I had breakfast here three days in a row, as I was staying at the hotel. Gluten free bread was very good. Perfectly cooked eggs and bacon, didn't get sick. A little pricey, as all hotel breakfasts are... but I enjoyed it!
